Chrysa Katsarini – International Comedy

Chrysa Katsarini is a Greek stand-up comedian and actress, known for its sharp humor and dynamic stage presentation. She studied Nutrition & Dietetics and obtained her diploma at the Andreas Voutsinas Drama School in Thessaloniki with a scholarship by Andreas Voutsinas itself. Her passion for comedy led her to start stand-up, and in 2012 she moved to Athens for her first solo performance, τι πολυτιμversμάτερο έέagon (my most precious possession) , to be developed.

In 2013 she performed as a guest at Ireland’s Comedy Cellar and in various comedy clubs in London. From 2014 to 2017 she was a member of the Gazi Comedy Club in Athens. In 2018 she launched her first SoloDand-Uppecial in the Avaton Theater and recorded it during the Athens Comedy Festival.

Katsarini has extensively toured and performed in large European cities such as Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Berlin and Manchester. In 2019 she was the opener for the American comedian Liza Treyger. In 2020 she made her debut in Cyprus, and in 2021 her second solo performance, κουβέρτα (blanket) , premiered in Athens.

Her tour in 2022, κουβέρτα on the road , brought her to 30 cities in Greece and later to 11 European cities, with which she further confirmed her reputation as one of the leading stand-up comedians of Greece.
